What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We try to make our shipping cost free for all countries, although that might not be the case in certain areas. Feel free to e-mail us your country if you don’t find a Free Shipping Option!

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

At the moment we accept Debit and Credit cards, Paypal and Stripe. Sign Up to our newsletter if you wish be notified of any changes.

How long will delivery take?

Free shipping takes roughly 20-40 days, we do have an express option where you can receive your product sooner. Price may differ on certain products, you can check this before adding your product to cart.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Just like most shopping sites, we use a feature called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is used on the web for encrypting website data so data sent from the browser to the server and vice versa is protected. Not only does this keep your logins and signups secure but also sensitive details such as billing information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our order process is very simple – once you make your purchase through the checkout, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Once received, please allow us 1-5 business days to process and package your order before shipping. As soon as we dispatch your order, we will send you a second shipping confirmation email including tracking details to let you know it’s on its way.

I want to change or cancel my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can do that as long as your items have not been shipped yet. Please note that your items might have been shipped already, but you just haven’t got the notification email yet. The emails are sent out after the tracking codes are updated.
